Skill Development

Empowering people with skills for a sustainable future.

At SSUS, we believe skills are the foundation of self-reliance. Our Skill Development Program equips poor, vulnerable, and marginalized people—especially women, youth, and ethnic minorities—with practical training to generate income, improve livelihoods, and break the cycle of poverty.

Background & Purpose

Since its inception, SSUS has integrated skill training into many of its development projects, such as Livelihood Development of Age-old Persons, Indigenous Welfare Program, ENRICH, and Income Generating Programs.
